You can permanently delete your account at any time.
When you do this:
Your personal data will be removed
Any event history and preferences will be deleted
Active subscriptions will be cancelled
Your account cannot be recovered
To delete your account, go to your Account settings (top right corner drop-down menu)
and press Delete my account at the bottom of the page. You’ll be asked to confirm before anything happens.
Please note, in some cases, we may still need to keep certain information for legal or administrative reasons. This could include things like donation records or transaction history. In these cases, your data is either anonymised or access is strictly limited.
