1. Access your personal account
Go to your personal account page and enter your email address.
You’ll receive an access link in your inbox - click it to log in
2. Update your details and preferences
Once logged in, click the drop-down menu in the top-right corner and select Settings.
To update your name:
Enter your new name and press Save.To change your email address:
Enter your new email and press Save.
A code will be sent to your new email. Enter it to confirm the change.To change your default currency:
Use the currency selector under the email field.To update notification preferences:
On the right-hand side, manage options such as:Event reminders
Donation receipts by email
Weekly newsletter subscription
You can adjust these at any time.
