Learn how to access your personal account to view events, manage Recurring Reboots, and track your donations.

How to find out what events you've signed up for

It’s easy to check which events you signed up for by accessing your personal account. Follow the steps below to find the information you need:

Step 1: Request account access

The first thing you need to do is to request access to your account. You can do this by requesting an access link here. Once you receive the access link, click it to be taken to your account.

Your access will be saved for 2 weeks. Once it expires, you'll need to log in again using the same steps.

If you’re already logged in, you can access your account directly from the homepage. Simply locate and click the personal account icon, which is positioned in the top-right corner of the navigation bar.

Step 2: Navigating your personal account

Once inside your personal account, you will be able to easily navigate and review the following sections:

  • All events: This section lists all your sign-ups, including the Reboot groups and upcoming ones.

  • Upcoming: This section lists all your upcoming events, including the Reboot groups. You can see here the expected date and time for the event.

  • Reboot group: This section lists all the Recurring Reboots you’ve signed up for. Please note, Choose your tate Reboot is not listed here.

  • Events history: This section contains a history of all the events you have participated in. It’s a great way to review your past activities or follow up on any sessions you attended.

  • Other: Your gifted events are here - both for gifted events where you chose the people to receive the event materials, and for those where you made a silent gift (that is, included them in purification without them having their own event sign-up).

Step 3: Review and manage your registrations

While you cannot edit one-time events, Reboots allow more flexibility.


You can go to the "All events", "Upcoming", or "Reboot group" sections and press the "Manage" button that is suggested for the "Reboot Group" sign-ups. This refers both to the Recurring and Choose your dates option.

You will be presented with the two options below.

  • Modify donation amount: You can increase or decrease the donation amount linked to your Recurring Reboots based on your preferences.

  • Cancel Recurring Reboots or upcoming Choose your dates Reboot: If you need a break, you can cancel it.

Please note: if you wish to cancel the sign-up for any event other than a Reboot, you will need to contact us via the online chat or by emailing us at [email protected].


By following these steps, you’ll have a clear overview of what you’ve signed up for and can manage your events and donations easily from your personal account.
