1. I lost my donation receipt – can I get a new one?
All donation receipts are now stored directly in your dashboard. We no longer send receipts via email. To retrieve your receipt:
Log in to your dashboard.
Go to the "receipts" tab.
Click on the receipt you need and download it for your records.
2. Can I request an invoice for my donation?
Donations are not payments, so invoices are not issued. Instead, you can use the donation receipt available in your dashboard for your records.
3. Can I use my donation receipt for a tax claim?
Oracle Girl is not a charity or non-profit organization, so donations cannot be used for tax deductions or claims.
