1. Can I get a refund for my donation?

No. Donations are non-refundable. This includes cases where you accidentally donated more than intended or you have multiple sign-up running side-by-side.

  • During checkout, you had the opportunity to review your sign-ups and adjust any donation amount. By pressing Submit and completing the process, you agreed that the donation was final.

  • You can also check your donor account any time to review your sign-ups and pause / cancel any Recurring Reboot.

2. I’m entitled to a refund – why can’t I get one?

Donations are not payments and so do not qualify for refunds. You are not entitled to a refund when making a donation.

  • Donations by definition are non-refundable because a donation is given unconditionally. Donations are voluntary, there is no fixed price and no guaranteed outcome.

  • Refunds only apply to payments, which are a mandatory charge in order to receive something. Payments involve a fixed price in exchange for a product or service with predetermined and guaranteed results.

3. Can I have an invoice?

No. When you decide to give, you are making a donation. You choose to give - and what you give is unconditional and the amount is chosen by you.

  • A donation is always final and non-refundable. Oracle Girl gives you a donation receipt.

  • There is no invoice because no fixed price was demanded for your sign-up. Invoices only apply to prices and payments.
