If you need to modify your card details for a Recurring Reboot, please follow the steps below.
Please note that the fastest solution is often to cancel the existing Recurring Reboot and then sign up again for a new Reboot with your updated card details.
If you prefer to update it instead, please follow the steps below.
1. Login to your personal account
Access your personal account by entering your email address and using the login link sent to you.
2. Manage your Recurring Reboot
Once logged in, find your active Recurring Reboot you want to change the donation method for.
Click on the 'manage' button.
3. Update your card details
Press on "Change subscription amount" button.
You can increase or decrease your donation amount. If you mainly want to change the card used as the donation method, simply select Card donation - once selected - the Update Amount button will turn pink so you can proceed.
The Update Amount button turns pink after selecting the Card donation. Please note that even if you are not changing the donation amount, simply selecting Card donation will activate the Update Amount button and it will turn pink. In the next step, you’ll be able to enter your new card details.
You can then enter your new card information directly in this section.
