Why did I receive a 'join again' email after signing up for the Recurring Reboot?
The 'join again' email is an automatic reminder sent when one of your 'choose your dates' Reboot groups ends. Even if you're already signed up for the Recurring Reboot, this email is sent out to anyone whose previous Reboot sessions have concluded.
Common reasons you receive this email:
'Choose your dates' Reboot Option: If you joined via the 'Choose your dates' option, you’ll receive a reminder when the event ends, regardless of your participation in the Recurring Reboot.
Multiple sign-ups: You may also receive this reminder if you signed up more than once or if you signed up others.
What should I do?
If you are already part of the Recurring Reboot or you already signed up again using the Choose your date option, you can ignore the 'join again' email.
