Switching between Reboot groups
If you want to switch between the Choose your dates Reboot and the Recurring Reboot, follow the steps below based on your current Reboot type.
1. Switching from Choose your dates to Recurring Reboot
If you’re currently signed up for the Choose your dates Reboot and want to move to the Recurring Reboot:
Wait until your current Reboot ends: Once your current Reboot ends, you can activate your Recurring Reboot.
Or cancel your current Choose your dates Reboot: If you'd like to switch immediately, email [email protected] to cancel your existing 'Choose Your Dates' Reboot. After that, you can sign up for the Recurring Reboot straight away.
2. Switching from Recurring Reboot to Choose your dates Reboot
If you’re currently signed up for the Recurring Reboot and want to switch to the Choose your dates option:
Cancel your Recurring Reboot: Log in to 'my dashboard' and cancel your Recurring Reboot.
Sign Up for Choose your dates: After canceling, visit the Reboot group event page and sign up for the Choose your dates Reboot.
