What to do If you don’t receive your event email
If you haven't received your event email after making a donation, here’s how to check if your donation was successful and when to expect your event email:
1. Check If your donation was successful
To verify that your donation went through, follow these steps:
Log in to 'your dashboard'.
Go to the "Receipts" tab.
If your donation was successful, you’ll find a receipt for it there. You can click on the receipt and download it.
Note: If you entered the wrong email address when signing up, you won’t see a receipt on your dashboard. If your bank statement shows the donation but no receipt is in your dashboard, please send a PDF of your bank statement to [email protected] for further assistance.
2. Event email timing
The timing of event emails depends on the type of event:
Live events: Watch links are sent 24 hours before the event starts, or immediately if you sign up within this 24-hour window.
Reboot: Emails are typically sent on Wednesday and / or Saturday after 6:30 pm UTC, depending on your selected days.
Other remote events: Check the event page for specific email timings, as they vary based on the event.
