To submit a question, ensure it's event-related or focused on the purification space. You can ask your questions directly during the sign-up in the “Add your question for the event” section. Please note, not all events have the option to submit a question.
After signing up, you will also see a pop-up suggesting you submit a question, in case you didn’t manage to do so earlier.
You can also always submit a question from your donor account. Go to Upcoming events, find the event you signed up for that has the question option.
Press on the "Coming soon" button and you’ll be taken to the event page. There, on the right side, you’ll see the "Ask Jacqueline" question section box where you can add your question.
Limit: Keep your question under 750 characters.
Personal questions: Should be placed in your Reboot specific focus.
Anonymity: Questions mentioned during online events remain anonymous.
Updates: To update your question, simply submit a new one.
How will my question be answered?
Your question will be answered through your own source connection, either internally or externally, at the right time. Some questions may be forwarded to the next event.

When it comes to asking questions, there are different ways to connect and get the guidance you need:
Personal questions:
Specific focus: Always put personal questions in your specific focus in your donor account. This way, you can receive answers via your own source connection - internally or externally - exactly when you need them.
Sending in questions for events:
You can send questions in advance through the above options, and Jacqueline might answer them during any upcoming event.
Keep in mind that Jacqueline cannot answer every single question. However, you may find your question answered through her responses to others.
Anonymity and event forwarding:
All questions mentioned during an event remain anonymous.
Your questions may also be forwarded to a future event if they align with the focus of that session.
