How to edit or change your name and email address
If you need to update your name or email address, follow these simple steps through your donor account:
1. Request a link to access your donor account
Go to your donor account page and enter your email address.
You will receive an access link in your inbox. Click the link to log in.
2. Update your details
Once logged in, click on the my details link located in the top right corner.
To change your name, enter your new name and click save.
To change your email address, enter your new email and click save. A code will be sent to your new email address. Once you enter this code, your email change will be confirmed.
By following these steps, you can easily update your personal information directly in your donor account.
