How to request a resend of my event email

Learn when and how you can request your event email to be resent.

We can only resend emails that are within the last 5 days. This applies to situations where:

  • Your email account was over quota.

  • You deleted an email containing a download / watch link older than 72 hours.

  • The links are no longer working due to the event being some time ago.

If the event is too old, the best option is to rejoin the event via the library.
