How to access translations
You can find translations in the translation centre. Please note, you must have signed up for at least one event to enter. Visit the page here: Translations.
How to find a translation in a specific language
In the translation centre, use the search for a language dropdown menu to select your preferred language. This will automatically display a list of available translations in that language.
How to add your own translation
To contribute your own translation:
Type the event name in the search for an event box.
On the event page, scroll down to the add your translation section.
Choose your language, add your (nick)name, and copy-paste your translation.
Tick the yes box and click submit.
Please avoid translating the event description or emails.
Please note that since January 1, 2026, the newest events are no longer available for adding translations in the Translation centre, as the team will be working on providing multilingual translations directly for events in the future.
Live events do include subtitles, which are available in different languages.
